About me

I have extensive education and experience in martial arts, security, and academia. I hold multiple black belts across several disciplines and have both trained and taught everything from traditional judo to modern combat systems. I am certified as a Counter Terror Instructor at the Israeli Tactical School, and I have advanced education in counter-terrorism and security, as well as service in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Alongside my field experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work. With thousands of training hours in the dojo, in the field, and in operational environments, I have refined my knowledge into the holistic training system known as DEFONDO.
